The broth is light and gentle, and being open straight through from 11:30 to 19:30 is a rare find in Shuri, where most soba shops sell out and close in the early afternoon — worth remembering as "the place that's still serving soba in the afternoon." If you're lucky, you might even catch live sanshin music, adding a nice travel-mood touch.
